If your kit arrives damaged, is missing a part or differs from your order, please contact us with the order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs.

Keep the packaging and kit components while we investigate. We will review the issue with the fulfillment partner and explain the available next steps.

For a return or cancellation request, contact us before sending anything back. Supplier dispatch locations and return instructions can differ, so the sender address on the package should not be used automatically as a return address.

Availability of a cancellation or return depends on the order status, condition of the item and applicable consumer rights. This information does not limit rights that apply by law.
